Granja Tres Arroyos has a pork processing plant located in Colón, Buenos Aires Province.

The plant expands for 10,500 m2 and has a production capacity of 1,000 tons of industrialized products. We work with selected raw material and recipe. We daily produce cooked products (cooked ham, cooked and smoked bacon, pork cold meat ham, pork cold meat ham for sándwich, Canadian loin, pork cheese), natural products (natural ham in halves, Parma ham, whole bone-in natural ham, whole boneless natural ham, bondiola, salted bacon) mortadellas, salami, franks (red meat, pork and chicken), chicken mortadella, chicken cold cuts, sausages, feteado products and fresh pork meat cuts. This plant is equipped with the latest technology available: automated slicer, state-of-the-art thermo forming machine, stuffer, continuous clippers, automatic ovens, cooking and cooling systems with water and hydraulic press and tower to get uniform pieces. These modern equipments are operated by a group of fully trainned professionals in order to get products of the best quality. The plant has its own research and development laboratories, as well as microbiological, physical and chemical laboratories. In 2014, the company acquired a new establishment with the aim of achieving the vertically integrated structure. It is a pork raising farm with 1,000 producing mothers and a balanced feed mill with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. This establishment has a weekly production capacity of 500 castrated animals which are sent to the slaughter plant. By means of all this, we manage to get traceability, quality and a vertically integrated structure in our production chain.
